Setup Instructions

1. Download and install Linkus for your device from the links above
2. Open the Linkus app and select "Configure via QR Code"
3. Log into your BusinessVoIP customer portal
4. Navigate to VoIP Management → Extensions → Select Your Extension
5. Click "Linkus QR Code" to display your unique configuration code
6. Scan the QR code with your Linkus app
7. Your extension will configure automatically - you're ready to make calls!

Troubleshooting

• • Can't scan QR code? Use manual configuration with SIP credentials from portal
• • No incoming calls? Check notification permissions are enabled
• • Poor audio quality? Switch to WiFi or check cellular signal strength
• • App not registering? Verify internet connection and check firewall settings
• • Battery drain? Enable battery optimization in device settings
