Understanding Your Dashboard

Your customer portal dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your VoIP service, usage statistics, and quick access to key features.

Quick Stats Cards

  • Monthly Cost: Your current monthly recurring charge (£14 per active user, minimum 5 users)
  • Minutes Used: Total call minutes used this month vs. included allowance (400 UK calls pooled across all users)
  • Active Extensions: Total extensions with online/away status count
  • Next Bill: Upcoming billing date and last invoice amount

Usage Overview

  • • Visual progress bar showing percentage of monthly minutes used
  • • Color-coded warnings: green (under 80%), yellow (80-100%), red (over 100%)
  • • Minutes remaining or overage calculation with estimated additional cost
  • • Usage breakdown: calls today, this week, this month, and average call duration

Extensions Status

  • • Real-time status indicators: online (green), away (yellow), offline (gray)
  • • Per-extension statistics: calls and minutes used this month
  • • Click "Manage" to add, edit, or remove extensions

Recent Calls

  • • List of recent inbound and outbound calls with visual indicators
  • • Call details: phone number, date/time, duration, status (answered/missed/busy)
  • • Per-call cost for calls exceeding included allowance
  • • Click "View All" to access full call history and reporting

Quick Actions

  • Manage Account: Update company details, manage users, and permissions
  • View Billing: Access invoices, update payment method, view billing history
  • Get Support: Contact UK-based support team (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
